Leanne brings a myriad of knowledge across numerous industries with a focus on one common factor: helping people and organizations grow.

Before joining BrightIron, Leanne worked as a Senior People and Culture Manager at QRA Corp., where she ran all talent management and development initiatives that helped employees and the organization thrive. Leanne’s focus on strategic planning, and executive level coaching for members of the C-suite, led the company expansion into new avenues of growth and success.

Leanne’s Human Resource experience in industries such as software development, e-commerce, manufacturing, non-profits, and wholesale distribution has given her a wide perspective on many diverse business platforms. During an acquisition that occurred during her time at Mabel’s Labels, Leanne was pivotal in guiding the organization’s members through the merger with high morale and a 95% retention rate. At Paris Southern Lights, Leanne designed her own HRIS from the ground up to guide employee talent development and management. Leanne continues to enjoy working with startups, particularly in the tech industry, to help companies drive their vision forward successfully.

When Leanne is outside of work she is planning Christmas in July, spending time with her family and three dogs, or designing her newest confectionary creation.
