Horizon Blockchain Games needed to establish robust financial operations to support their rapid growth. The company faced challenges in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, lacked a defined financial technology infrastructure, required streamlined HR administration and payroll processes, and needed assistance defining critical accounting policies, particularly revenue recognition. Our team managed the entry of all financial transactions, ensuring the production of accurate, accrual-based monthly financial statements. We implemented a tailored financial tech stack, integrating platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Carta, BambooHR, Wagepoint, Plooto, and Float to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

We developed and implemented a customized chart of accounts designed specifically to support strategic decision-making. BrightIron also assumed responsibility for HR administration and payroll processing, further simplifying Horizon Blockchain’s operations.

To enhance stakeholder communication, BrightIron supported the company with detailed Board and investor reporting, providing clear, timely, and transparent financial insights.
