Madison Moore is a dedicated HR Specialist, with a deep-rooted passion for people and their professional growth. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Madison’s journey in understanding human behavior seamlessly transitioned into a career in Human Resources.
Prior to joining BrightIron, Madison was the HR & Talent Coordinator at Nicoya Lifesciences, where she was committed to developing effective HR programs and fostering a culture of belonging. She began her HR career at The Canadian Shield which experienced exponential growth during the pandemic manufacturing personal protective equipment. It was during this period that Madison developed critical HR skills as well as increased adaptability to quickly changing company needs and environments.
Madison’s experience extends but is not limited to talent acquisition, employment lifecycle, HR data analysis, and employee engagement, with a track record of success in navigating dynamic start-up environments.
Outside of work Madison can be found spending time with her friends and family, or immersed in studies as she pursues her Master’s Degree in Psychology.
