She thrives on helping clients align their finance function with broader business goals—whether that means cleaning up processes, implementing new systems, or offering strategic insight to support growth.
Before joining BrightIron, Nikki spent 15 years as the Finance Manager at a branding agency, and has worked with clients at every stage of the business cycle. She’s known for her ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and build streamlined procedures that free up time and improve clarity.
With a background that also includes HR, IT, and administration, Nikki brings a well-rounded perspective to every engagement—understanding how systems and departments interact, and how to optimize them for stronger performance.
Outside of work, Nikki loves lifting weights, going on long hikes, and traveling the world. She’s passionate about getting to know new cultures—diving into local food, history and politics
