Rajeev has over 20 years of senior financial leadership experience working with emerging, high-growth, public and venture-backed private technology companies.
Rajeev brings extensive financial expertise, with a focus on equity and debt financing, budgeting and forecasting, treasury and cash management, M&A, financial modeling, taxation, and compliance. Over his 20+ year career, he has held CFO positions across various technology sectors, including fintech, SaaS and cleantech.
Prior to joining BrightIron, Rajeev served as CFO for a high-growth tech company in the dating space, overseeing annual revenues exceeding $100 million. His previous roles include CFO positions at PlanPlus, Method 180, Illustrate, NanoStruck Technologies, EastNets Holdings, and OceanLake Commerce.
Rajeev holds CPA designations in both the U.S. and Canada, as well as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation.
