Over 15 years of full-cycle accounting experience from a variety of industries, with a focus on reducing costs, improving efficiencies, and delivering quality financial reporting.
Prior to joining BrightIron, Nikki was the finance manager for a branding agency for 15 years. She has also worked with a variety of clients in various stages of the business cycle.
Nikki loves helping clients achieve their financial goals by identifying cost cutting measures, setting up systems and procedures to improve efficiencies, and guiding clients to align their focus on organisational growth.
With a background in HR, IT and admin, she has the benefit of understanding the needs of various departments and the ability to evaluate how systems work together with a keener eye.
In her spare time, Nikki enjoys lifting weights and going for long hikes. She also has a passion for travel. She loves exploring new countries, getting to know the locals and learning about the culture, cuisine, politics and history.
