Since finalizing that transaction, he has worked as a consultant and Fractional CFO to technology startups. Taylor is well-versed in the full spectrum of corporate financial needs, covering everything from day-to-day processes and controls to financial reporting, audit & tax management, board accountability, and mergers & acquisitions. Taylor is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
